The Great British Summer series is back – with a twist. Bigger and better than ever before, and to kick off we have partnered with some of London’s most popular gyms and fitness experts to bring you Wimbledon Workout Week.
Taking place the week before the tournament begins, we’ll be bringing you a host of outdoor fitness classes with a Wimbledon twist in three locations across the capital: Cardinal Place in Victoria; New Street Square in Holborn; and One New Change near St. Paul’s.
From strength and conditioning, to Pilates, yoga and more, our fitness partners promise a week like no other – and all for just a £5 charity donation to Barnardo’s, Landsec’s national charity partner.
WIT presents WIT x Wimbledon Rooftop Summer Series
Training specialists WIT are bringing their inclusive, community-driven ethos to Wimbledon Workout Week, with a tennis-inspired HIIT class accessible to all levels of fitness.
WIT’s very own Mr. Motivator, Gustavo Vaz Tostes (@gus.wittraining), and his partner in crime, Jess Rosart (@jessrosart) will be hosting the sessions, and promise to get you moving so you get the most out of the session, whatever your level of fitness.

1REBEL presents Wimbledon-themed Ride Class
With 1Rebel you don’t spin – you ride. Hosted in their brand-new 85 seater ride theatre with a world class sound and light system in Nova, Victoria, 1Rebel will be bringing you a full body workout incorporating hand weights, followed by a selection of delicious post workout smoothies. You’ll be one of the first to experience this amazing new venue.
Jono Selvadurai (@joknow), who was voted 2017’s best Class Pass Instructor, will be taking the class, and promises an intense workout in an immersive environment.

FRAME presents FRAME Wildcard Workout
Driven by a belief that keeping fit and healthy should never feel like a chore, FRAME is bringing their feel-good, fun-filled classes to the capital, using resistance bands and tennis-inspired moves to provide an all-body workout.

A brand which promises to take you from the street to the studio for a better version of yourself, YOGANGSTER will be hosting two yoga classes, and one HIIT class, in the capital.
YOGANGSTER will be bringing not one, not two, but three of their expert instructors to Wimbledon Workout Week:
- Arianna Santucci (@arianna.santucci) will be hosting the Yogasana class, bringing her fun-loving approach and wealth of experience to ensure there’s something for everyone
- Peter Mac (@pmacfitness) will be leading YOGANGSTER’s HIIT class, and will bring you his world-class expertise to test your flexibility and balance.
- Michael Eley (@mistereley) will be hosting the Fierce Grace yoga class and has been doing yoga longer than pretty much anything else in his life. He believes that yoga is for all and we’re at a time when everyone needs some yoga. He likes to spend much of his time upside down, and is happy to help anyone else who wants to join him.

Gymbox presents Game, Set, Relax
Fitness disruptors Gymbox will be bringing their Game, Set, Relax yoga class to Wimbledon Workout Week. A company that prides themselves on challenging convention, this class promises to be unlike any other.
Gymbox instructor Kim Romanik (@kimromanikyoga) vinyasa flow class promises to have you sweating with creative flow, while keeping your breath and mind calm.

Pure Sport Medicine presents Strenth & Conditioning Pilates
Sport and exercise specialists Pure Sport Medicine will be waking up the city this Wimbledon Workout Week, hosting their strength, conditioning and Pilates classes across at two of our locations.
Hosted by instructors Andy Page (@mr_pagey) and Andy Reay (@razor_performance), both of whom specialise in strength and power training and development, this dynamic class will improve your overall strength, mobility, focus and balance.

CARiFiT presents Mums and baby workout
The brainchild of an ante and post-natal fitness expert and father of two, CARiFiT will be hosting their Mums and baby workout, two of which will be followed by an exclusive brunch.
CARiFiT’s CEO and Co-founder, Vern Hill (@vernhillpt), will be running the sessions, bringing his knowledge of sports science and postnatal health to deliver a high-quality, engaging programme for mums and babies alike.
